We’ve used Laser Star Monitoring for about 5 years without a problem. Scott did the installation and follow up and I found him to be an affable and trustworthy individual. Our system works great and when ever I had any questions he responded right away. I was surprised to read the critical reviews above but as my son who is managing partner of 4 of the top restaurants in Victoria says that satisfied customers seldom write positive reviews, it just does not occur to them.

Fantastic and thorough service. Ahman wasn’t he could fix my i/phone that had water damage. He got it almost fixed but then the sound wasn’t working. He spent alot of time on it and amazingly brought it back to fill life. So thankful for his diligence! ?

A couple of years ago, I had my alternator changed on my Honda Civic 2005, at the Honda dealer . They told me I needed a brake job, including new cylinders about 400-500$ .I went for a second opinion across the street at OK TIRES. they showed me all my brakes were in excellent condition and didnt charge me a cent.
This was the second time they have proven their integrity and honesty.
OK TIRE is much better than just OK. Kudos to Keith and the team

Your team came over on short notice on a Friday to ensure that our tenant could have hot water over the weekend. I could not get our usual plumbing company to come over.) In addition, your plumber was able to get the hot water working for the weekend, then returned promptly, as promised, on Monday to finish the job details with materials that were not available on Friday. What a pleasure to deal with Mohamed as he is always smiling and treats you like a friend instead of a customer. He always has time to listen to your concerns and tries to find solutions. I much prefer his personal touch to that of the larger drug stores in the Western Communities. Also, I discovered today that he is authorized to. give you the vaccinations which are required for travel to foreign countries. This saves the considerable expense of going to a Travel Clinic.

Both my late husband and myself have had our cars serviced there for years. And he had an older model Camaro and they would go the extra mile to find parts. I took my 2005 ford focus in today to just have new windshield wipers installed. They notice all my tires were low. and toped them to the proper PSI. no charge, So I really appreciate them going the extra mile. I have found courtesy goes both ways.
