Ahmed came and helped us by installing 3 new light fixtures as well as the wiring to have ceiling fixtures. He was very professional, super friendly and made me feel very comfortable and not as if he was trying to mislead me in any way (which isn't the feeling one often gets with many contractors). I don't know him at all, but it honestly felt like having an uncle or something helping out because he was so friendly. The lights look great! The rate was extremely reasonable.

Knowledgable, fast, customer service oriented. Never before have we encountered a business that truly cares about their customers the way Hosie & Brown does. The employees all work together like a well oiled geared machine to help problem solve any car issue that you come to their shop with.
We were travelling and our blower motor stopped working. It was the middle of an Ontario summer and the staff understood the importance of this piece of equipment. They were the 10th shop that we had called to look for this part, as apparently it was really rare to find.
Their knowledge, friendliness and professionalism helped us solve this issue.
We would highly recommend doing business with them.

I needed some closet doors a few weeks ago. Piramid was very fast and efficient. I was able to go into their showroom, pick out the style I wanted, have them come and measure, and then install the doors, all in a matter of a week and a bit. Great customer service. I would use them again. I've already referred them to two of my neighbours.

When I brought my kitty in for his checkup & shots, I really loved bringing him in to a place with such a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff! You can really tell that they care a lot about minimizing any stress your pet might feel in coming to the vet, and they gave my little guy lots of little treats to keep him calm and happy while he was there. :)
