When I brought my kitty in for his checkup & shots, I really loved bringing him in to a place with such a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff! You can really tell that they care a lot about minimizing any stress your pet might feel in coming to the vet, and they gave my little guy lots of little treats to keep him calm and happy while he was there. :)

super honest-explains in plain english-outstanding service-been a client for about 10-12 years-20 kms from my home-worth the drive-never let down or surprised-satisfaction garranteed ,trust me,i do my own work-when i can't handle it ,i send our cars here-been ripped off by joe blow too many times-they won't sell or repair what is not broken or needed --use to tow for them-and noticed how they treat the people-try them and you will be a repeat customer-never met an unsatified person so far-i always talk to the other clients,when i'm there-every one is very happy with the super service and price-they treat you like a friend-from my towing days ,i could not recomend any one else-i've seen them all-pay joe blow lots for unacesary repair charges or come here-no more to say-you'll have to experience it your self-by the way i also worked at a few garages and was told not to talk to the customers,because i was too honest (boss told me,if they can afford a BMW ,they can afford said repairs-the only time the tires and/or parts are no longer good is when the warranty was up-thank you for reading

Superb service and outcomes. Made a huge mistake buying a Mini Countryman. The car was sucking more than $750/month. Overpriced Mini Ottawa did not demonstrate (to me) the expertise and any restraint when it came to expenses. In came Manny who found a cost effective solution delivered with confidence and TLC. James was very good from start to finish. Always informative and kept me up to date. In that moment I was never made to feel like a number. However, up until a week ago, they have made me feel like I was just another quota they were meeting for the end of the month. I sent an email about a discrepancy and they have never responded. Very disappointing. Overall the service was good and James was professional and honest.

I am new to the area and have slowly been experimenting with the various eateries in and around Ottawa and area. I happened upon Wakefield and stopped into Le Hibou on a whim. The chef, Keith Garrison, is the best thing to happen to place. I don't know exactly when he started but the difference in food quality from this time last year to now is staggering! Least of all is the fact that they have meat dishes there now. They absolutely hit the jackpot with him. Everyone in Wakefield needs to know his name; search him out. Since he started I have been there for a late lunch once and supper a couple of times and have not been disappointed. He even came out and chatted with me (along with the other customers) once. He's a great addition and a really good guy.
