I have been going here for years, in fact, before it opened as I have been using Manuel for maybe 15+ years. Except for the only one time when I went too short I have left with always great hair. I do not need to look at the back to make sure he did a good job. I have always had compliments about my haircuts. I held off highlights for a long time and now addicted and love the look and leave it in his capable hands to change up the hair style once in a while.

Best stylist I have ever had, Tuyeet (sp). Would not go to anyone else for cut or colour., she is so talented! Stylists are all personable, and have seen such lovely hair styles done by them.

I am a very picky customer when it comes to my hair. I used the Groupon deal to get my hair cut by Sara. I got my hair cut exactly the way I had envisioned in my mind and had explained to her. It looks fantastic. I would recommend this business, absolutely.

I live in Victoria BC. Year ago my husband happened to have a haircut from Ruchika while we were visiting Our son in WhiteRock. She gave him Best haircut he ever had. After that he has not been to another hair salon . And I started getting my color/ cut / threading/ pedicures etc etc from her as well. Ruchika is such a pleasant person. She really knows her job. I will recommend her any time to anyone.

My sister brought in my mother with dementia today. It was her first outing since we were forced to put her in a home. The two stylists who helped my mother were so incredibly kind that it brought my sister to tears. Without a big explanation, they just understood. This spa is great!! I'm a regular customer as well as over 10 of my girlfriends. Friendly staff, top of the line products and a great experience. The lady who has written a bad review about this business is absolutely insane and must have a personal issue with one of their staff. I get my hair and nails done regularly and they always provide a job well done. I still have yet to try other services.

I love Mike. I have had him as my barber for 19 years now. My dad, who is another loyal patron of his, brought me along during one of his trims, and my very first. You can see it in the book for kids cuts. Even though I am off in University now, I always make sure to go down to Main st. To see him and freshen up my cut. Recently he has erected a barbers chair just for me, with my name on it; right beside his own. Mike, you are awesome.

My kid loved his haircut from Teresa. It was cheap and quick and it was top notch at 13 dollars. The service was great I did not have to wait and they were really happy. The facilities were so clean and beautiful. I think they just renovated it because it is very new. The prices and wait time was great. Studio 62 has been transformed into Head Case, a sleek modern space at the same location. Brandy is a great stylist who listens closely, works with her clients preferences, and does wonderful hair cuts. She gave me an elegant bob even though my hair is fine and really difficult to work with, plus the price was not exorbitant. If you are looking for a welcoming space and a meticulous cut, this is the place to go. In my experience it is by far the best salon in the West Shore!
