Honest and trustworthy. Two things hard to find in this industry. Max and Andrew and their team are knowledgeable, and will tell you straight up what needs to be done, what should be done and what can wait. Their prices are reasonable and they even have WiFi and coffee in their comfortable waiting area. Very satisfied with my experiences here and will return.

The service manager was awesome and explained what was required and what could wait. He then explained the itemized bill to me in terms I could understand. I did not feel taken by this garage, which is important to me as a woman.

I have had Freeman providing me orthotics since introduced by DrBob Stalker, one of Halifaxs leading sports medicine experts. Freeman is a very dedicated long distance runner himself and appreciates first hand the importance of orthotics. In addition, Lisa Wilson (physiotherapist) also recommended Freeman to me and I admire her International marathon experience. I have found Freeman to be most professionally grounded in solid knowledge and skills couple with superlative personal core values.

I have been coming here for 10 years now with a 2005 Saab, and have never had an issue. I have had everything done here, from brakes to oil changes to exhaust work to sub frame work. They always do it right, know their stuff, give good advice, and are fairly priced. They seem more focused on getting my car right than prying open my wallet.

The trail shop has excellent equipment, great prices and the staff are very friendly and know their stuff. I can't say enough good things about this place, if you are looking for quality outdoor equipment you have to at least check this place out!
