I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

Dr. Gilmore is an exceptional Chiropractor. Knowledgeable, professional, effective and has a genuine care for the health and wellbeing of his patients. They are the best. My children even love going there. Front desk staff is lovely, hygienists are all amazing at their jobs. And there are literally not enough words to describe how great I think Dr Valdez is. He’s professional and gentle and genuinely cares. My kids think he’s fun!

The service from Mr Coverall was excellent from beginning to end. They were the best quote we got after getting 3. They set up a time to come within a few days. They followed up several time to check if everything was confirmed and also after the awning was put in. The 2 men who came to put up the awning were fast efficient and very friendly. And they did it all while it was pouring rain!! We would highly recommend MR coverall!! Thank you for an amazing job! We love our new awning:)

We are so thankful for the whole team at Meadowvale. Steph the OM is amazing and does everything she can to make sure our visits are hassle free, she always goes above and beyond, she treats us like family. Aelynne the dental assistant is lovely and always does what she can to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Smit is the best dentist my family has ever experienced. He is excellent with my kids and has made me, someone who would have an anxiety attack before each dental visit, totally calm.

The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
