Visited for a windshield leak. Jeff explained that the cause of the leak was due to rust along rubber trim by the window. He found a very effective solution to fix the issue in an economical manner. The car was old, and spending $800+ was not desired.

This business was most kind to me. On Saturday last, my tire blew out on the highway and I drove to the service door a few minutes before they were scheduled to close for the day. The service reps took my car in immediately and determined the problem. They got me back on the road with my spare tire in place and refused any payment. I was amazed! I am from a small town 2 hours away and needed the help and they refused any compensation. MacFarlane GMC is my hero! Thank you!

My daughters 2008 Honda Civic broke down on her way out of the city camping. We had it towed into London Honda thinking the worst - a transmission. They estimated it quickly, reached out to us to get approval and had it fixed within 24 hours for a minor problem. They also road tested it afterwards to make sure it fixed the problem. The service advisor, Jim, was amazing. We definitely had a great experience and will be back. Thank-you!

I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer. I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase. Jacob and the Leavens staff far surpassed any recommendation I could've expected from a close friend even. I really felt like family. It's no wonder they've built such a successful business after several generations.

The service rep (Cole) walked me through the steps, ordered the back window before l dropped the car off to the price. When ask if they could fasten a loss piece of trim, was told no problem. We can take care of that for you. Asked if l need a ride home or picked up. As a women in my golden years l appreciated the kindness. They stand by their work and are very personable.

I went over there to fix the oil leak on my 2003 Suzuki XL-7, The mechanic on site diagnosed the problem within minutes and had my new oil pan installed that day. They also changed my differential fluid for my 4x4 at a low cost. You really can't go wrong for $50 an hour service, It's half the price of anywhere else. I would recommend this place to anyone.

John Brock himself came out to rescue me when I locked my keys in my car. He travelled over an hour to me when none of the surrounding CAA providers wanted to take my call. He arrived around 11:30pm at night and was friendly, cheerful and pleasent. He wasn't at all resentful or rude to me for placing a call so late in the evening. He is a kind-hearted man who genuinely enjoys his job. He was time-efficient also, and had the problem solved within minutes. He will be the first on my list to call!
