You're not a 5 star dealership because you sold someone a great car that they love. You're a 5 star dealership when you sell someone a car that has issues and you immediately fix them. That's what happened to me. My Tesla has issues in the first week after I bought it. Zack told me to take it directly to Tesla to get it fixed. The repair bill was nearly $1,000 and Seven Speed paid the whole bill. Trust these guys, they have your back!

Nato Figliano the sales rep and Alex Semenchenko General Sales Manager were very helpful during our visit to the Prima Mazda in Woodbridge. We felt relaxed and test drove the 2014 Mazda3 and then we nagiated a deal and completed all paper work in an very relaxed atmosphere. I went there looking for a new truck. Good sales guy Rob helped me find the truck I wanted and I got a great deal on it. Rob showed me how to hook my phone up when I picked it up.
Stone chip on the hood when I picked it up but they took care of it, sent it out to get fixed.
The guys in service, Tom and Joe are great and keep me well informed about my service needs for now and coming up.

No pressure tactics, just information and thoughtfulness. They had exactly what I was looking for right there on the lot. I recently purchased a 2017 GTI with the performance package from Yorkdale VW. I had an amazing experience from start to finish with Duncan Todd. He was enthusiastic throughout the whole process, and was really passionate about the car. Very knowledgeable when it came to all the little features in the car and made sure to walk me through every step.
I visited a few different dealerships prior to visiting Yorkdale VW and the service I received everywhere else paled in comparison.

Went here to look at a vehicle. I was left alone for to browse for a while, then was approached by a salesman who just asked if I had any questions. Talked with him for a bit, and he brought me to their storage area where they had the exact vehicle I was interested in.
He was very polite and professional, and didn't try to push me into his office for high pressure sales tactics.
While I didn't buy a Mazda, when I'm in the market for a new car, I'd definitely head back here.
