Amazing service. I had trouble with DPF/SCR aftertreatment system in my D13 VNL780. Diagnosed in no minutes, fixed same day. All parts sourced from Volvo, all diagnostics done with legal, connected to Volvo database computer. Had my ECU updated to 2022 flash for free! Had also issue with fuel tank leveling (was driving on one tank only), ignition problems. The guys diagnosed, fixed all the problems same day. Volvo would charge me 3 times more than you may see on my attached invoice I paid.

Wanted to make sure that everyone knows how much we appreciated the service we received from Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln Dealership Service Department! They spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem with our Ford Edge and they were successful. We had brought it to Fergus Ford initially, they couldn't figure out the problem and were told they couldn't help us! WOW, we were extremely disappointed with this kind of "non-service"!. I have been coming to Mississauga Toyota for service ever since purchasing my 2018 Toyota Corolla LE in 2019. I actually straight for about a year when I purchased a used Pontiac and had more trips to Service than I had with Honda combined --needless to say, I brought that (low milege) Pontiac and traded in for another HONDA. Earlier this year I met the new management and staff. The new manager Joe is A+, very professional, honest and transparent. After seeing the positive changes I just bought a Q50 through them and I could not be happier with the service. They searched to find the exact car I wanted, went above and beyond to make sure it was in great shape inside and out for me including getting it tinted and ceramicpro coated so I didnt have to worry about it after and my car will stay looking amazing for years!
