TOTAL SATISFACTION! My wife and I were in the market for a smaller second car to replace her 2004 Vibe and we started our search on the net, reviewing, pricing and searching the market. We gathered a few brochures, including a couple from the Milton Kia dealership. This is when we met Juan Carlos and his manager Victor and our first impressions were very positive. These gentlemen were respectful, attentive and genuinely helpful. No pressure, just a smile and a desire to be helpful. In the end, we purchased a Kia Soul at a very good price. I had done my homework and JC and Victor met my price without hesitation. I was impressed, not only with their approach, but with the car I purchased, the 5 year warranty, the 5 year road assistance plan, the free oil changes from Milton Kia for 5 years, the 0% financing and no payments for three months. Additionally, Juan Carlos presented us with a TomTom GPS, a gift from Milton Kia. The whole experience was stress free, unlike some of my earlier purchases. Thanks again JC, Victor and Jean. My car was acting up and making all sorts of strange noises. I was treated great right from the start. I was given a free courtesy car and we got right back to our day. The follow up was amazing. I got pictures and a written estimate right on my phone. The repair was right on time and at the exact price that I agreed to to. And, they washed my car befor i got it back.

TD auto center has set the bar for top notch customer service! The one stop shop experience took a lot of stress away as they took care of everything right there. I did not have to drive someplace else to drop off my vehicle for repairs, or arrange my own rental. I simply left my vehicle there for repairs right there and they arranged for a car rental delivery all within an hour. In less than 48 hours I had my vehicle back looking like new! John is one of the best car technicians in Peel and Halton Region. He is very good at his work and has incredible knowledge about almost all automotive. He is very hard working and most important very honest. He is very reasonable and if there is something that doesn't need to be replaced or repaired then he will tell you right away rather than making a fool of you.
