Exceptional staff! I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at West Grande Prairie Dental. The front end staff are extremely helpful and good with explaining procedures/ helping book appointments in a pinch (especially Ataya). Thanksgiving Morning I woke up to a cold house. The furnace would not light. I called AirTech in Hinton and talked to Jesse. He said no problem I'll be right over. Within 1 1/2 hours, Jesse had my furnace up and running. It needed a new thermocouple, a part he had in his truck. He also cleaned and inspected the furnace as well as oiled the motor. Jesse is my hero. Thanks Jesse you saved our snowy Thanksgiving!!!

My septic system was down in the middle of winter. I called Lisa at their dispatch. She had 2 people to my house within 2 hours on short notice. They showed up and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Super professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone related to septic systems. A Big Thank You to everyone at Blockbuster!

T - 30°C, my car refused to start at the Superstore parking lot. I called AMA for assistance and they sent in Clarence of Flynn Towing. He was so nice and very understanding. Although the car did not start after boosting he offered to wait for the flat bed truck to deliver the car to AutoTrac - prevent any damage from very bumpy roads due to snow drift and poor snow clearing. Next day, car was towed by very professional ladies from Flynns. Towing service was excellent throughout.

Rita and family at Kitties Home Away From Home are amazing. They have helped us out with cat boarding multiple times over the years, and I cannot thank them enough. Our cats are so well cared for with Rita, and she even goes above and beyond for us to care for our female cat post surgery. The photos were taken by Rita’s family during their stay. Absolutely the best service ever! It had been several years since we had our ducts cleaned, but Fred went above and beyond what past cleaners had done. We are grateful in so many ways because we could have had a fire because of all the soot. The past cleaners didn't pull out the blower and motor to clean and inspect like Fred did. Fred even pulled out original plaster, wood and cable from when the house was built in '56. The past cleaners should have caught this over the years. Thank you!
