I brought my Mother in to find a seat for her toilet and to buy a new walker. The gal we dealt with was so compassionate, knowledgeable and very patient with my Mother. My Mother did get a seat and found a wonderful walker. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but said they would order one and it would be delivered to her in about two days. Matt was a bartender I had at Persona in the casino and he was incredibly welcoming and made dining alone feel less awkward.
I was sick one day and was treated to a personalized letter and fruit tray from Pauline it was a unexpected and a welcoming surprise!

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

I have use Pat Anderson insurance for years and they have always provided excellent service and clear information about my auto insurance. Their hours mean that sometimes I have had to go to the mall when I need to renew late at night because I forgot, but I always go back here during business hours when I have the chance.
I'm currently switching my insurance to a new vehicle and called them to ask for advice and they were very helpful over the phone.
