I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.

Absolutely amazing customer service, would not go to any other Rogers store. I tell everyone to go to this location, the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and always trying to give the best deal possible. They really know how to treat a customer.

I am so in love with this store. I come in for every birthday to get balloons and party supplies. Your balloons last so long. Also I love all your Halloween and Christmas décor. I also find that all your staff is so kind and helpful with all my questions.

My visit to Fern Forest Gardens last summer was absolutely fabulous. From their breathtaking grounds, to array of high quality plants.. I wish I found this local spot sooner! Not to mention, Karen and Tom were so lovely to deal with; Karen's passion beams through this spectatular place. The annuals I bought here were THE BEST I have ever gotten..So lush, and never seemed to stop growing. Karen even gave me lots of great info regarding my favourite, Petunias. Thanks again!!

This place is easy to miss because its not showy but what a great find. I love the staff and the services. I feel very relaxed and cared for at Body Sense. I rebook my appointments so that I don't have trouble getting in because the girls offer such great services they book up quickly, this is definitely is not the place to walk into and expect to get in that day. I highly recommend paying the store a visit!

Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. Went in for a watch battery, ended up buying two estate pieces. I found a ring exactly like my grandmothers, old style diamonds, absolutely beautiful, and they worked out a great deal. As well as that, I bought a emerald bracelet for my daughter. The ladies let me know that if she didn't like it she could come back and exchange it for something else, needless to say my daughter loves it. I will most definitely be back to this store, the staff were great, and the prices are excellent.

I needed a short notice survey and pinning of the house to the lot. Bunker was busy but they fit me in and did the job in one day. Worked with me instead of telling me what I couldn't do. Absolute Pros. When they double checked the measurements one pin was out 3mm. Which they fixed!!! Soleil in the office was great to deal with. Pricing was similar to all surveyors in the area. Work was exceptional.
