I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.

My dentist has always positive and very helpful in discussing any options or concerns and she saved my teeth ! Most dentists would have pulled them and sent me a check.
