On the busiest of days, two days after X-mas, I came in and was attended to immediately who was able to go right to the last item, a specific TV, and rung it up..... and delivered it to my car at the far end of the parking lot; all with the greatest cheer. Had our 18 year old air conditioner replaced by Coral today. Laurie was very helpful in booking the appointment.
