I was so glad to have found this car shop. Definitely going forward going to use this as my go to vehicle shop. From the first time I called and spoke with Josh he was very knowledgable and gave me a very reasonable price. I had my truck in as the power window on the driver side would not go up and down, and he said bring it in and found the problem right away. He also did a few little extras on the truck which I really appreciated. They got my truck done really fast and I would recommend them.

Thanks for removing a sticky car dealership decal off our newly purchased 2022 pick up truck. You stated there was no charge for the heat gun application that took mere seconds to remove the item, and to show mutual deserved respect, I came back with one dozen donuts. Great customer service and if we ever need detailing, this local guy will be back as you do it right!

Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained. He is a true technician, able to diagnose and repair and was able to do what another group failed to do.

I have tried several dog grooming services for my very timid rescued dog. Was not satisfied with any service until i tried Hot Dogz. Not only was the service top-notch. My dog was treated with kindness and compassion and for the 1st time did not react with fear!!! Highly recommend this service!!! Will definitely be a returning client.

I’ve needed both a Macbook year 2022 screen replacement and iPhone 14 camera repair, both of which BC Gadgets Device Repair has serviced with great care. I was referred to them by neighbors, and emailed to inquire about my first repair. They were communicative and included all relevant info in our emails, so I felt informed and confident when coming in. They’ve always been quick and so courteous. We have a 5-1/2 year old home and for the last 2-1/2 years we’ve had one small piece of siding under a 2nd storey window that keeps blowing off. I found out last Christmas that the people who put up and take down our Christmas lights were setting the piece back in place. Then it would come down again the next time the wind blew.
I contacted Jordy at Chartwell, and within a couple of weeks, the piece was permanently back in place, and at “no charge”.
