As a female I was concerned where to take my car for repairs. I was told Mark and the Staff at Tirecraft were trustworthy and take pride in every job, big or small. This turned out to be 100% correct.
Their complimentary shuttle is convenient, and while waiting to pick up my vehicle enjoy fresh coffee as well as a friendly smile from Management and Staff.
Five years, and many referrals later, they continue to keep their service exceptional. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else..!!

Dennis was a great help, took the car in for new brakes and to check the engine I did not know what the problem was. He kept in contact with me did not do any extra work and it was a fair price. Will be taking the car for work to him again as well as recommend him to my friends and family.

These guys did a fantastic job on my vehicle. They also went above and beyond my expectations. It was very icy I have a cane, I said please park it where there is as little ice as possible so I can get in they had it parked by the entrance door and salted all the way to the drivers side. Great customer service and great prices (parts + labor was quoted way less than the dealer)! Had to get some sensors replaced for my 2002 Honda Accord. The mechanic was fast! I waited no longer than 20 minutes for the new sensor to get installed. I also requested to get a power steering flush but the mechanic was honest enough to tell me that i didn't need one. The mechanic took the time and walked me through, in detail, what i do or didn't need to get replaced. I'll definitely be coming back in

I did a lot of research into winter tires, and as I have just moved to Spruce Grove I went into the Kal Tire store. I have been in the auto industry for 40 years and was amazed how well I was looked after. It was suggested that the winter tires on my Ford Edge would save me money and get great performance would be Sumitomo Ice Edge, Plus they gave me discounts I did not ask for. The Tires and the store were great I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you

These guys are fantastic! We have come to them twice now, first for a side impact collision, the second for a door dent repair. Quoting was fast and accurate, service was second to none. These guys are professional and get the job done right. For the our second issue the door dent repair, because of its proximity to the door edge,they said they likely could not fix without having to spray both door. They pulled the dent about 90%, not wanting to risk addition damage to paint, all free of charge.

This is a great shop that uses common sense to troubleshoot auto electrical issues. Reasonable rates for some solid service to boot! They saved me money that I couldn't afford at the time as well. They truly went above and beyond in repairing my Impala ABS and Trac Off warning light issue, a trait hard to find with the bigger repair shops these days. Thanks to the guys at Maxwell auto..
