To Sheldon and his staff @ Mikasa auto, just wanted to say a big thank you for your excellent service and professionalism. Had an issue with my van going into limp mode all the time and an issue with a rattle in my suspension. Fixed both issues and a few extra things that were muchly appreciated for no extra charge. Greetings, I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department. This not a complaint at all. I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
