We had our new refridgerator delivered today by Arnett, Adre and Brandan. They were on time coutious and over the top in assisting me in order for them to get the old one out and the new one in.
The whole experience from the phone staff, the sales personnel and the delivery people has been a great experience when often a major applince purrchase can be streeful and upsetting. I had a lifelong hair-pulling disorder. 18 yrs ago, after many attempts and methods to stop, I stopped for 2 yrs using hypnosis. Unfortunately, I had some dear friends die and went back to hair-pulling, but the hypnotist I worked with had retired. In 2017 I wanted to stop once and for all. I went to Julia and stopped after the 1st treatment. I was supported with audio tapes, cards as visual aids, and 2 follow-ups. 3 loved ones died since my 1st appointment, with no behaviour regression.
