We were on vacation in Victoria when our service engine light came on. Since it is a Mini Cooper we needed a mechanic who knows how to work on European cars. The Mini dealer was booked but Frank’s got us in the next day! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it that day. Excellent service for a very reasonable price. We can now drive home safely. Thanks!

(I tried to highlight the 5th star, but did something wrong maybe.) Today I came to your well-run facility and from the girl at the entrance gate, to staff working the grounds-everyone was so courteous and helpful. It is great to see recycling handed so perfectly! I have to say, when I find I have Sunny as my checkout clerk I smile. He's a great guy with a (sunny) disposition. His line is always the longest and he get's his job done expertly and in good time. Shopping is not my favorite thing to do so it's nice to deal with a pleasant staff member.

Boyd really helped me out when my landlord backed into my sports car. A simple fender repair and paint match was $1750, but 100% covered by ICBC. Boyd made my car look brand new like nothing even happened, and then on top of that even took an old car badge off that I wanted off and did some small detail work. Highly recommend this business, great people and great service.

I’ve been a member at Victoria Athletic Club for a while now, and I have to say, it’s an amazing place to work out! The facilities are top-notch, with everything from state-of-the-art equipment to clean, spacious locker rooms. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining the place.
