I give it five stars based upon what it is - a clean, safe, and most importantly, cheap place to stay downtown Vancouver. It is exactly what it purports to be. The rooms were almost funny they were so small but it had what you needed and nothing was scuzzy. Share it with a friend and it is the same price as a hostel. Everyone was friendly.

This place is fantastic. Nice Clean, fast efficient service. They have a huge parking lot, which gives you ample amount of space to sort your bottles. They pay full refund and they also accept electroncis.

Took two big dogs to the Bosley's in Trenant Park Square in Ladner today to bathe them. Was very impressed with the staff as they were extremely helpful and friendly. And, the dog washing area was clean and had everything I needed - including treats for the dogs! (One dog does NOT like getting into the bath). Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Expert diagnosis. We came in thinking we needed a new transmission or atleast major work done to it because it was kicking very hard on the downshift 2-1 on our 2004 jaguar (6hp26 transmission). He roadtested our vehicle and said not to spend any money on it right now and it should be fine for another few years. He said spending money on changing fluid or any other service would not help, and it is from some internal wear.Extremely honest and didnt even charge or upsell.

I was very happy with the quality of work and customer service from Boyd Autobody on W 73rd. I was given free estimates from friendly staff who were willing to help me out as I did not have glass coverage on my insurance. Fred gave me a great deal within my budget and was just as friendly in person, along with the other staff members. My windshield was replaced within a few hours and they even washed and vaccumed my car! The cabin noise has been reduced significantly in my 16-year old vehicle and of course, the windshield is flawless. I would definitely recommend them!

I recently used Buy Sell & Trade to get rid of a bunch of stuff around my house. I registered on their site and had some trouble so sent an email to their web master. He phoned me in the evening (ok, I was shocked!) and walked me through getting registered. I posted my stuff and within 20 minutes had received my first call. Best of all, all the ads online are also printed in their paper. To me that kinda covers all the off line people. I'm pleased with how easy the process is to use their site and that all the ads are checked for scams.

Recently, I had my teeth cleaning done at the Bentall Dental Clinic in Richmond. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely ladies at the front. They were very welcoming and full of positive energy. I'm usually nervous visiting the dentist especially a new place but it was a fun and relaxing experience. My dental hygienist was very personable and attentive and ensured I was comfortable at all times. She was very thorough with the cleaning and I knew I was in good hands. I then met with one of the dentists to conduct my first visit evaluation and both him and his assistant were professional and open to answer all my questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this dental office even though you don't live close by. I live in the Fairview area and drove down because I heard the service was excellent and it was true!! Thank you to the Bental Dental team for a wonderful experience!

I just picked up my first ever carbon frame road bike from BSP in North Vancouver. Not only am I wonderfully impressed with the bike (a Trek Domane) but I am ridiculously impressed by the quality of the customer care I received from the moment I walked in the door.
The techie that took care of me the most (Simon) was warm, encouraging, supportive, very knowledgable - and relentlessly asked questions to make sure we found the right bike for me. From the earliest visits - right through to test riding the shortlisted models, I could not have asked for better client care.
On buying a computer and some other bits and bobs, James (store manager) was again, utterly obsessive about making sure I got the kit that was best suited for the type of riding I was planning to do. With the help I received from the other fellows in the store, I can give five big, yellow, shiny stars to BSP in North Van. If I could, I'd give them six - and I would say I am typically a very fussy customer.

After a recommended combination of treatments, my cellulite has totally disappeared!
the staff is very professional, courteous and, most importantly, HONEST!
I also got laser for my under arms and legs. Their laser is the best! after 4 treatments, I hardly have to shave - though I still more treatments to go for the full effect.
I always wanted to do these kinds of treatments but was so scared they wouldn't work or that I would be taken advantage of, I'm so glad I chose this establishment!
