This outfit was recommended to me to get a little bumper scratch fixed. It occurred most likely at a parking lot. My contact person at the outfit was Matt. He treated me with utmost respect and amazed me when he declined to accept a token price we had agreed upon. The amount involved was not a lot but his humanity came through. For small things, I do go in but for everything else, over the phone. The amazing person I deal with is Tom V. The experience through the phone is incredible, just like in the store.
