Bobs Driveline has installed engines, rebuilt drivetrains and dealt with electrical problems I have had. It has been at least 10 years and still my preferred shop for major ticket repairs. After their findings I was given a full print out of everything and was gone through everything in detail by Gopi, the Manager at Crompton’s. He explained everything to me and after purchasing the vehicle I took it back and got Crompton’s to fix the issues they found.
After scheduling my appointment over the phone, I dropped off the vehicle after hours and dropped the key in their secure key

On top of that the city had ripped apart the road infront of my house to fix a water main that morning so they had to bring everything in from my neighbors property. My wife got into an accident on a Wednesday night. I took the car into Tom’s on Friday and they did their estimate right away. By Monday, Tom’s called me up to set an appointment. I brought it in on Tuesday and they called me Wednesday evening to say it was ready for pick up.
The ICBC Customer Claims Specialist said “Wow, that was really quick! That is one of the fastest claims to repair ever.” And the repair looks GREAT. Absolutely zero complaints. Very happy.
