Couldn't believe how fast they took our car in, figured out the problem and had it repaired all in the same day. So friendly , honest and reasonable prices. They are my new mechanics now. 2 minute walk to our house so convenient as well!

Super helpful staff! I came in with an low oil alarm and they verified the oil I required, checked the level and then added it for me. They were kind and polite, did not talk down to me, and solved the problem. Overall fantastic service. Highly recommended.

A very knowledgeable and friendly owner. Ever since we moved to Pickering 25 years ago, we have been taking all our vehicles to this shop. Kids grew up, got their own cars, and they come back into town for servicing by this garage. The best service around.

phone my regular mechanic who i have spent a lot of money with, i had a low tire, he could fit me in that day and i had to go to work the next day so i asked about the next morning and he said when next week. i am a senior, i expected more from him. anyways i went true Automotive. i also need a smoke test and my mechanic wanted to charge me 120.00 but True auto only charges 60.00, so i will be going there from now on.

These guys went above and beyond for me. My car battery died a few blocks away from their shop and even though its not a service they offer, they drove over to help me anyhow when I explained to them that my auto club couldnt help me for another two hours. I have chronic pain and it would have been made much worse by sitting in my freezing car for hours, so the favour these guys did me was even bigger than they thought. Just lovely, decent human beings.
