I am always happy with Red Bloom and look forward to getting my hair done because it's such a treat. The salon is beautiful, the service is good, (though I wish they were open on Sundays) and I love the head rub with oil and the hot towel as they wash my hair. The salon uses Aveda products which is my favourite!

i called the 24/7 customer service because my heater was not working and the whole unit is freezing they send a guy in my unit and that guy look like a chinise he said he fix the furnace but when i woke up in the morning the whole unit was freezing again that guy didnt fix the furnace properly i called again to request maintenance and they send a guy name Rico and thanks to him he was able to fix our furnace properly . thanks Rico

Kayla Gibson — 5 starOur family would like to say how happy we are with the deck that Ryan and Patrick built. The ledger board was completely rotten which then made it unsafe for our family. They had the work done the next week and the design looks better than the old one. We were very pleased! We also found out that they can do other types of work as well. Although other were cheaper we were convinced as Ron, the owner of the business dealt with us directly, in a professional and knowledgeable way. He showed us pictures of the job before and after. The debris was removed at the end of each day. The finished job was great. Good value for the quality, and a personalized professional service.

Purchased a wireless charger back in January. It quit working about 3 weeks after I bought it. Spoke to the store manager, and because Otterbox is closed for replacements she brought one in from another Telus store. I have dealt with this store in the past and they are awesome to deal with. Will continue going here for all my Telus needs.
