Me and my husband just had a chain link fence put in today. From the moment I called to having the fence put in the customer service has been excellent. We were initially told it could take a week, but was not the case. They had a cancellation and came today and put it up in just an hour. If you ever need a fence call permanent fence, believe you won't be disappointed. This is a family owned business in business for 50 years, even more reason to support our local mom and pap business.

Was in the Peterborough location on Saturday and just wanted to say how helpful the young lady was that searched for the jeans I was wanting. She went had to get on the floor to look through a pile of jeans that were on the bottom of a table. I wish that I had got her name because she really deserves some recognition for her excellent customer service. Makes the drive from Lindsay worth it.

A great selection of hydroponic equipment from starters to more advanced kits. Will and staff are very knowledgeable and any time I have questions they go above and beyond to help me out. This is a family owned business...they care about you....good customer service.....we bought a house with a (18x36)inground pool (july2010) prime summer time....didn't know anything about pools ie: heaters, pump, filters and why my pool was losing water.... went to 3 pool stores in Oshawa and no one had the time to explain to me how to work the system and why i was losing water. So i started googling other stores in the area and decided to try the Pool Store....the owner Judy was excellent at explaining how to work our pump and filter syst. how much chem. to add and the overall maintenance of the pool, explaining the bucket test (for the water loss). We did have a small tear in the liner which was easily repaired. Last year we decided to buy a heater so went back to Judy at the Pool Store....she's honest and will tell you what is good or not so good......she's very knowledgable and she's training her sons very well....they are very polite young men.....I would recommend this store without hesitation........thank you for a job well done and your patience, I will continue to purchase all of my pool supplies there.....you make our summers very pleasant!

I recently had a very embarassing issue to deal with... bed bugs! Ugh! The owner of the company was so professional and understanding. He came and dealt with this nasty problem, and even did follow up visits to ensure that they were all gone. He was so friendly and informative. My family and I sleep so much easier now.
