Caring, patient, and very educated staff! They are with you every step of the way, and explain things to you very clearly before asking you to make a decision. Their windows are of high quality, especially the Cardinal glass. The positive aspect of the glass is that the factory does not assemble their glass units, but purchases directly from Cardinal.
The overall assembly of the windows are good as well, especially Casements and Awning windows!

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. This store,compared with either Kitchener or Cambridge Walmart, is the cleanest, tidiest, and friendliest place to shop. I may be biased here, but the clientele seems to be more conscientious as well (Mennonite community?). I'm not from St. Jacobs, but I will come from Cambridge to shop here at this Walmart. At any rate, I've never walked in there to find garbage anywhere, and folks seem to have a sense of community pride here and are well-mannered. A very nice shopping experience whenever I go.

Best choice in KW for an amazing SUV limousine. I booked a SUV limo for my sisters bachelorette and was totally blown away by the limo. We were on a budget and it was more then affordable to surprise my sister with a limo!! We went to Niagara Falls and had a great ride there and back and made a few bucks at the casino..... Overall great nite and looking forward to another VIP limo for her wedding. Five star
