The best experience I've ever had with a doctor. He was caring, energetic, and informed me thoroughly on the virus I had contracted. I am hesitant to go into the doctor because I am always stereotyped as a young girl that is overreacting. But he assured me that this was a problem I needed immediate treatment for, and had I of come in any later then it would have been too late to treat.

I was in search for a down pillow. I had gone to a high-end big box store, and looked at their prices. The big box store was almost twice as much as ducky downs. The owner even said if the pillow wasn't to my satisfaction I could take it back and she could adjust it for me. They also make custom duvet covers for their beautiful duvet comforters. I will definitely go back there for my bedding.

I broke the screw that holds the lens in place. Ken recommended a jeweller to remove the buried broken screw. The jeweller removed the remnant and Ken provided a new screw. No charge! I insisted on a tip! I can see again. Thank you Ken.

Dr. Janic is a highly skilled, friendly dentist with a good sense of humour. He did two fillings for me today and it was the best experience with the procedure I've ever had. He's gentle and considerate with the process and works quickly, yet diligently. When it was done I was taken aback at how quick and pain free it was! Dr. Janic is one of Kamloops best. Definitely recommend him!

I am a retired nurse and have been under John's care for many years. He has been an integral part of my health care team. In 2006 I was out for a walk and was hit by a car. My injuries were extensive. John worked with me in a professional, knowledgable and caring manner to help me in regaining my mobility and range of motion prior to and after each surgery I required. Wayne was prompt in returning my call. I had already gotten my furnace running again by flipping thw breaker off and on. He STILL took the time to diagnose the problem over the phone by the way the red light was flashing on my furnace and a few other things. In the end my furnace filter was plugged. I glitched on that one all right (I'm sure some of you are snickering!). Anyway, it's a rare person who would take the time to do that - he is now my go to furnace person, needless to say!
