I am a senior and didn't know very much about heatpump systems. I called around and emailed a few of these hvac companies for information. Some of them didn't call me back and the ones who did didn't answer my questions. Wade Hickey and his employees came by my house many times to discuss installing the heatpump and answered all my questions. This company was very professional and patient with me. I am very satisfied with the heatpump and service. I highly recommend hot frost for heatpumps.

Very professional service arrived on time did the measurement gave us the quote and the following week we���re back to install the new glass.two guys took five minutes to pop out the old glass and install the new. Had fish and chips on Sunday….July fourth….the service was excellent….the fish was the best ever…excellent…however…the chips were terrible….they were little pieces and were browned too much…..there were six of us and we couldn’t eat the fries…left them on the plate. The chips tasted like they were burned…terrible.
