On holiday, needed emergency repair of vehicle. Stopped at Shannon Motors, no appointment, mechanic diagnosed the problem, estimate provided, next day appointment set, repairs completed as per estimate. Totem Tree Service has done large projects on my property twice. Both times I have been very satisfied with the work from start to finish. Most recent $10,000+ job involved removing huge cottonwood tree from nearby the hydro power lines on busy Hwy #4 on incredibly hot three days. The entire crew worked as a cohesive team, steady pace, working safely and efficiently. Equipment all in good repair. Excellent job. Cleaned off roof at end. THRILLED with result: highly recommend.

My husband and I moved from Vancouver to Qualicum Beach and only 2 weeks after our change was made, we booked a table for a late lunch.
That was a first pleasant surprise, that you can book your lunch / supper any time it feels good for you. Already on the phone, I got a very approachable and friendly person. And so we looked forward to see this restaurant.

Flipping breakers like a new homeowner dummy, I blew a circuit and wound up losing power to my whole house. Rob took my call and came over immediately, despite it being the end of his work day. Had a fantastic experience dealing with Willy's auto. Went to get a fender painted which was purchased by me at the dealership and they suggested I leave my car to get the paint to match up as close as possible. It was not done through insurance but they offered me a loaner car regardless. I picked up my car and fender the next day and after I installed it, I was amazed at the quality of work. The fender matched perfectly, even down to the glitter my car had which is called metallic paint. I was very impressed and recommend needing body work to check them out.
