I had a taxi on the way to come get me, and the employees here were able to take my order and make my subs in under 5 minutes. They were incredibly kind and more helpful than I deserved as a customer. I have a feeling they treat everyone with not just respect but they likely go above and beyond for all of their customers. I don’t personally believe service workers owe their customers reverence but their kindness touched my heart.

My mother and I along with my 2 sons, (2 and 3 years old) went for supper at Moe's last Friday night. I had french onion soup with a salad and my mother and kids had fish and chip. The food was very good and the waitress was so nice I would definitely go with my family again.

I live in Fonthill and can walk to the Lazy Loon! One of my favourite restaurants for a quick meal after a long day. Enough variety on the menu to satisfy everyone and the service is usually top notch! If there are any issues, you can always speak to a floor manager and get it resolved.

Ken came to look at the job - painting interior stairs. He said I should use flooring specialist and recommended a company. Ken then spotted white paint on one of the black risers and said that since I was selling the house, this would not look good. He proceeded to cover it up so that it was unnoticeable. He said no charge as it was a quick, minor fix. What a considerate thing to do! I was truly impressed and would recommend him just based on his sincerity and honesty and the 2 min. fix.

I have switched my dentist so many times and finally I have a dentist I can truly say goes above and beyond. Whether its the quality advice they provide, or friendly conversation, I am always at ease a Eastgate Dental. Plus the added bonus of the mall is great for picking up things on my way out. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Christine did a wonderful job on my hair. I had put an amber colour on, which I quickly decided had been a big mistake. My regular stylist was unavailable and I was very eager to fix my self-inflicted disaster. Christine very carefully coloured and highlighted my hair to it's former tones. I was delighted and grateful to have "myself" back. We spent the the three hours getting to know each other and sharing many laughs. So a potential disaster ended happily for me. Great job! I recently visited this restaurant after the renovation and the name change from Yiannis Bistro. My friend and I shared the lobster cakes which were to die for..followed by my seafood risotto which was cooked perfectly and tasted so fresh and full of flavour. I got to try a bite of my friends beef tenderloin and it was just unbelievable. I love the atmosphere, the service, the cleanliness but nothing beats the mouthwatering food. Can't wait to return to this gem

Clean, clean, clean. Finally a Chinese restaurant that gets it when it comes to cleanliness. Nice place to take your family and kids. Offers Great dishes and the portions are not bad. They also have a spacious parking area that is free to guests. (Trust me, that's rare in Niagara Falls). I invited friends and family from Toronto over lunch and everyone loved what I've ordered. Some of them even took home food for their dinner. I love recommending good place to everyone. Must try.
