The Sweet and Sour Pork, Chicken Chow Mein and the Almond Chicken are without a doubt delicious! If you love Ginger fried beef, trust me Szechuan Palace is the place to go. The beef and broccoli is good; however, it would taste better without the ginger. The meal overall was sizzling with flavor. If you are in the mood for Chinese, I would definitely recommend Szechuan Palace.

What a beautiful get away. If you come to Vancouver Island to experience the West Coast and not some stuffy hotel room this is the place to be. It has waterfront river access and friendly West Coast welcome with gift baskets and personable service. The rooms were lovely. You can use the BBQ and the wharf. You can cook inside or outside and save on food costs. Great for families or friends or just to meet people in the outdoor areas if you want. I would love to come back with friends again.

I have family that comes to visit who are unable to stay with us so we usually put them up at the Travelodge. The rates are fare and the staff are always so helpful. Brought it to Starr to have it done, An hour later I got a call, it was only a missing o-ring, it was sucking air, hence the steering problem. $45 charge. I love Starr Automotive!

Couldn’t be happier with GVC plumbing, Paul and his crew did a fantastic job.. they had to re plumb all of our downstairs bathroom to code.. plus install a 60G hot water tank into a very limited space closet.. they were fast, efficient, and all have great attitudes.. incredible company small but extremely well run. Had major issues with my builder as they kept changing closing dates causing us all kinds of difficulty. Fosters was amazing looking after all the last minute screw ups caused by the builder. They had been very understanding and would be on top of all our date changes without any hassle. The move itself with pickup storage and moving in was clean professional and 1st class. I will use Fosters again if and when we have future moves.

We had a 1940 bathroom with original enameled cast-iron tub and pink tile surround. Anthony re-grouted all tiles and re-glazed tub and tiles to a better-than-new white finish. Beautiful!

Had a problem with my treadmill. Called for an appointment. Booked in for a service call within a few days. He showed up on time, narrowed the issue down to two things, figured out which one it was, fixed it, charged me a reasonable price and was gone in a little over an hour. I would totally recommend this company.

We took in a pressure washer during the busy spring season. They were honest about there being a long wait as they had so many jobs ahead of us. Always a good sign I think, to see a business with so many people wanting to use them. Did a great job, machine runs like new, the cost was much more reasonable than we expected and they managed to get it done a bit quicker than we were told. Highly recommend!
