My wife and I contacted your company to move from Duncan to Lake Cowichan. They arrived on time. The crew consisted of John, Travis and Brandon. Having had experience myself in the moving industry, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, and the speed with which they completed the move. They were very careful with our belongings. It takes a lot to impress me this much, but this crew is gold, no platinum.!!! I will absolutely recommend your company to anyone who asks.

This lady has a vast background in hairdressing,serving many years as a hairdresser etc., on cruise ships. European trade her skills are obvious especially in use of her scissors in restyling hair. I didn't buy my bike from Oak Bay but they have been the reason I have been able to keep this bike on the road, They have been more than helpful! I have never bought anything off them more than a tube or chain oil, yet they answer and help me with every question I have! My only complain with Oak Bay Bikes is that they do not sell Terratrikes:( Sad but true) best service on the island and they dont sell the bike I ride:( sometimes it sucks to be a low rider, but other than that I cant think of ..
