Was told by one "wheel specialist" in Hamilton my bent rim was not repairable. Brought the rim to Tirehaus where Ziggy told me "no problem". The rim is now perfect at a fraction of the cost for a new one.

Typical chain resto.. but looks like they have a format that works! They still hire the typical kids to run the place, but they have a plan in place to help ensure the customers' satisfaction. They do everything they can now, to ensure everything is in the bag before you leave the takeout window, and the food is quite good, for what it is too!
One time recently, there was something missing, I called, and the manager on duty took care of me appropriately.

Had an awesome experience here, got looked at very quickly and today just had a tooth extracted.
everybody there was nice and was polite, Was in and out within a half hr.
I give 5 stars because I had to cancel my first app last week because of being sick and they were able to fit me in a week later. any bad reviews on this dental office could not be true, or either the customer not getting what they want as I’ve worked in customer service for 7 yrs and the customer is not always right.

No Frills is my Go To store for everything. The staff are wonderful and very friendly ; however last week I was very disappointed. I realize the customer is 2 pack their own groceries and I did. I had approximately 12 - 15 items. I feel the young gentleman in this situation could have made an exception and assisted me. I had purchased a black square grocery bag so I wouldn’t need to use 2 plastic bags easier to carry. I have a broken arm and the young gentleman left and went to another. ?

Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. Christine and I would like to thank Lulu for meeting our every need at our wedding. It was a huge relief to be able to rely on Lulu to take care of all of our instructions to the letter. I would certainly use again, but I don't plan on getting married again! In the event that I did require DJ services again, I would certainly give her a buzz.

I explained to an amazing young lady what was happening and she assured me she would let the manager know. She then proceeded to help me with the reason I wanted to call in the first place to my absolute satisfaction. She was extremely kind, courteous and very professional. Her name is Gurleen. Leon's is lucky to have her on staff.

Ijust bought a 2005 Chevy Malibu.. its an excellent running car but the interior inside was a total mess..I dont think it had been cleaned in 13 years.. so I took it over to Mohawk car wash and Scott the manager... he was very professional and courteous and told me that I would be very pleased with what he was going to do... but to be honest I was very skeptical... but to my surprise picking the car up I have to say it almost look brand new.
