As always, the team members at the Bell store in Driftwood Mall, Courtenay were so helpful, friendly and treated these two seniors with respect and dignity as we are not too up to date on our phones. Best service ever. Bought a built in vacuum from them and it quit working. The person at the shop guided me through a few tests over the phone in the end it was decided I had to take the canister in. The motor was burnt out. Within 3 days I got a call that I could pick up the unit even though the motor had to be shipped. Lire plus
