Service is always fast. Food is usually hot and fresh. One time the chicken fingers were old and chewy, so I brought them back and they replaced the entire meal and gave me another free meal coupon for my trouble. Now THAT is customer service.

A friend and I stumbled upon this place one night as we were driving around and even though we came in close to closing time the pleasant man behind the counter was still very happy to serve us. When we left we had forgotten our eggrolls and he even ran outside after us in the snow to bring them to us. Excellent customer service. I will definitely return to this place.

The Water Witch Restaurant is a great place to go for fish and chips or for other takeout items, like burgers or chicken, if you are out for a drive in this area. Would be great as a picnic in Pouch Cove in the summertime. Great family business, excellent service, and the food is delicious!!!

They are so dependable. Respond to your call in a very short period of time. Servicemen are knowledgeable and explain the problem. Even f they need to bring in parts from the mainland its usually just 24 hrs. Very reasonable prices.

Excellent service.... Trish has been grooming my shitzu Jack for a few yrs... especially like the no kennel while waiting to be groomed and that there is kennels available if needed like when Jack was having flare up of disc problem... he was kennelled for his comfort.
Highly recommend Ooh La La???
