Island Landscapers have worked with us, transforming two gardens over the last 18 years. In both cases we started with neglected properties where the gardens had gone wild. Island Landscapers turned both of them around to the point that they were widely admired by garden enthusiasts, neighbours, passers-by and visitors. The work involved design, excavation and berm building, landscaping, planting, lawns, rock walls and irrigation. It has been a pleasure to work with them for so long.

Exactly a year ago, two sisters and I went for a reading with David. He spent 90 minutes with each of us and addressed our particular issues. Ingredients Health Food Store has this amazing array of healthy food. Twenty different types of Rice, 15 different types of beans. Thousands of Food items all organic all the stuff is good for you. No transfat items and a huge array of gluten free food.
They also have a cafe thats excellent. I had this vegetarian organic Eggs Benny. with carmelized onions, steamed organic Kale on a gluten free muffin with a blend of pan fried yukon gold potatoes and yams (with sea salt and organic salsa on the side) really really good...
i didnt have a coffee but i beleive they sell drumroaster blend.
