Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. 2019-03-30th. Today one selling woman just little further on the right side from the entrance by the table have done amazing speech about a product I asked for. For me is important only being fair about a product and people do not have to love me or hate me. If anyone else does something wrong , then of course have to be reported, when comes to the body safety mostly from the customers.
This was a great moment at this Apple RETAIL STORE with asked questiones, that were answered clearly.
