Mike was quick and efficient. He took care of the service requirements promptly. He was Friendly and extremely courteous. He Knew exactly why I was there and made arrangements to have the glass repaired expeditiously. He knew I was on a time crunch and made every effort to repair and send me on my way.
Its very rare this type of service is delivered in this industry, I have had experiences where it tool longer than expected, but not at Speedy Auto glass. They mean what they advertise!

I had very severe back and right leg pain and was off work. I was diagnosed by Dr. D'Astolfo with a herniated disc in my lower back and followed a spine care program and got treatment, spinal decompression, rehab and dietary advice. I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming. Some might say its silly to rate a business 5-stars because of being nice, but nice matters.

If you want straight, to the point, no nonsense service with a few laughs then go see Salim. We have purchased 10 cars and counting over the yrs and have never had an issue Salim takes care of us. I only expected the shop to fix what the insurance asked them to fix but when I got the car back I know they did more than what my insurance asked for. The did not try to use mechanical terms and made my time being there easier and thanks for the fine result.
Better than my dealership body shop by many times in many ways.
