I would like to give a huge thank you to Austin who came to my rescue yesterday on March 15th/2025 for cleaning off my balcony, for the building I live in is infected with pigeons and squirrels and Austin was a very understanding, VERY thorough,considerate, understanding, caring worker and beyond. I would most highly recommend Austin to anyone who calls your company to be the guy who doesn't just do his job for the pay cheque, he does it for he showed alot of care and concern for my health.Thx A

I had the opportunity to have Ed design our family home. He was involved with the process from idea to completion. The knowledge base including a strong understanding of code requirements and plan requirements helped make the later stages of the project run smoothly. When requesting permits from the municipal P&D department they noted the quality and detail of the plans. Construction phase ran completely smooth. We were very pleased and would recommend his services.

Just seeing how well behaved their own dogs are was enough for me! Seeing what they did for my Miley...Priceless! Having a dog with separation anxiety is not easy, on the owner or the dog, but having Complete K9 Care not only teach my dog, but teach me how to help her was everything she needed to be the best dog! After a rather miserable rainy night in our tent at Baksam Lake PP, and another wet night in the forecast, we decided we needed to tarp the tent...unfortunately it was after 6pm and everything in town was already closed. I took a chance and called Buck and Up and to my surprise, someone answered. I explained the situation and the lovely lady on the phone month used and offered to stay late god us to come purchase a tarp,rope and stakes!! We got there as quickly as we could and thankfully got what we needed to stay dry that night! We kept that wonderful lady a half hour past closing time and can't thsnk get enough for being so kind!!!
