The staff, be it by email, phone or in person, were professional & knowledgeable & keen to assist with a tricky mirror cut without hesitation. The super nice fellas even went out of their way to both pick up & return the mirror as I was physically unable to drive. THAT is above & beyond what most businesses would do. Excellent all around customer service. Had an olympic plate holder that after 4 years fell apart due to a bad weld. Brought the part to the London store and next week back and good as new.
Got the 1/2 rack 4 years ago and just bought the lat attachment for it. Excellent investment. Guys were really helpful getting that thing to fit in my car.
Great equipment for the price, but you better check out every detail carefully. Price you pay for cheap, lol. Close to gym quality equipment. 5 stars!

celled them Wednesday they delivered the box next day in the morning, it was sparkling clean floor padded with rubber easy to load. We were able to feet inside 3 bedrooms sectional and dining table with 6 chairs

The metal roof has not only given my home a completely new look but has added insulation value. For the last 2 summers I barely turn on the air conditioning, just leave the windows open, and sometimes turn on the ceiling fans. The service was excellent. The installers arrived a few days before the install and took the measurements. The work was completed in less than 2 days. Everything was cleaned up and all debris was removed. I feel I got good value and have no regrets.
