We knew we needed to put our 20 year old cat down and were referred to Derry Heights. The nurse was so comforting and helped us make it through the process. The vet was a very nice man as well. He checked Ziggy and assured us that we were making the right decision. We thought she was in pain and he could see that she was. I would definitely refer people to them. Thanks for sending Zig over the rainbow bridge ??

I live in NYC and contacted Monika about sending flowers to my Mom in Waterloo. Monika responded immediately and we shared a few emails making sure all my expectations were met! Simple to order on line and the flowers were amazing! Monika provided everything she promised and then some! My Mom loves her flowers, vase and happy birthday balloon! Delivery was on time and prices are great for the amazing service and products! After one week the bouquet is still beautiful! Highly recommend!

This store has really good service. And the people were really helpful. They fixed a really broken XR screen within 30 minutes unlike other reputed places that take forever... almost up to a week. Anyways the prices were reasonable as well, and they’re really kind.

If youre a salad person you may be disappointed but the chicken caesar is great!

SMOOTH PROCESS! Got our recalled stove replaced by a Napoleon unit from Ultra Comfort Guelph on Woodlawn road. They traveled to my house and performed a very nice job. Very happy with service, the product and the price. Strongly recommend them for people in the market for fireplace.

Best dog walking service! Jim really looks after the dogs and cares for their well-being. He makes sure the dogs get a good walk each day and they get a chance to play and socialize. Jim is accommodating with late pickups if you get stuck at work and when I go out of town on vacation I know my dog is with someone I trust and that he knows and trusts. Great customer service. The office staff was nice, professional and they were able to squeeze me in right away. There were some issues with the parts needed but the tech Matthew went above and beyond to make sure my Viking oven was fixed. Absolutely love this place, the service has always been friendly and fast unless you're going to bring more than 4 people as I've been to a party dinner here and the food was cold the wait staff was unorganized and they seemed very confused. When I've gone with just my family of 3 they have been amazing! Love the food!
