Very friendly and helpful from the first encounter. I recall when I spoke with him, I did not tell him about my familial account, but his investigations showed that my parents had an account with Allstate which allowed me to get additional discounts on my insurance. Further, when I contacted him later about a discrepancy with Drivewise, he readily and quickly looked into it, rectifying the issue! He’s an outstanding Agent that goes above beyond for his clients! I went in this week and purchased a brand new 2017 Kia Sorento. The same day they got it out of the show room and my wife and I drove it home. I must say, the service from all of the staff at Anderson Kia was excellent and refreshing. Super friendly and very knowlegable. I could not have had a better moving experience. Ian and his crew had my home packed up-set up at the other end very quickly, without a single scratch or dent in the process.
