This place was able to help me when no other mechanic was able to (6 different shops and 1 dealership). My issue was with locking lug nuts where the key was damaged. Every other mechanic told me that their bolt extractors wouldn't work on my rims because there wasn't enough space to latch onto the bolts. They said they'd have to drill into the bolt, and possibly damage my rims in the process (either cosmetically or to the point where they'd have to be replaced). The dealership told me the person

I've known Andy (Owner) for 5 years now and he has been my mechanic since moving to the Okanagan. He has always been straight forward, friendly, honest, reasonable in his pricing and has never screwed me over. This is a busy little shop and for good reason, so be reasonable and patient. I have recommended him to several friends and colleagues without hesitation. No complaints from any of them.

Saff is honest and excellent. The jobs are done on time and with great efficiency. I have a 2006 BMW, a little old and gradually, like me, is showing signs of aging but I love my car. So IO take it to Autogenics for some major work. The prices are reasonable and the work highly satisfactory.

Prices were more than fair and the mechanic was honest about pricing and warranties. Very knowledgeable and fixed my issue very quickly. I waited in the reception area while it was being repaired and was frequently updated on what was going on with my car. HIGHLY recommend for women drivers who are wary of Mechanic shops because this guy EXPLAINS the issues and uses new parts with Warranty. No used parts. A great experience.

Fantastic European (VW/Audi/BMW/Mercedes) automotive mechanic shop! Very knowledgeable mechanics. They will explain the work thoroughly so you understand your options or what work absolutely has to get done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else nor do I trust anyone else with my car…other mechanic shops in Brampton claimed to have fixed problems on my car prior but neither places ever fixed my issues. AST has fantastic customer service and fixed my issues!

i got excellent service at Carstar on Rosemont Cornwall. i went for quote for a scrap at the front corner of my SUV. Did not take long at all. Ronnie and the Staff were super friendly and very professional.All it needed was a buffing and touch up with paint. When it was all done i was ready to pay for the repair, they did not charge me anything. So i want to say Thank you again. I will recommend Carstar for there excellent service.
