After being rear ended, Gino took care of everything from arranging a rental, to dealing with the insurance company, and making sure my car was repaired back to original specifications, all while making me feel comfortable about the entire process.
Hopefully I won't, but should I require their services again, whether it be a minor door ding or a major collision, I will definitely be keeping their number handy.

Excellent service! We had a check engine light come on as we came back into Canada, traveling home from Florida. An after hours call to Downtown Mercedes had us connected within a couple of hours to Clive Cheung, a service advisor at Downtown Mercedes in Toronto. He brought us in the next morning without an appointment and saw to it that our vehicle was serviced promptly. We had it back the next day, after my Toronto meeting, and we were able to continue our travels without delay.

This is the best body shop i jave ever been too... my brand new car passenger door was touching the fender and was not opening ... i went to 3 body shop everybody told me they give an estimate of $1200 with doors needs to be painted again ... i went to moga body shop at 32 rutherford rd, gimmy removed the door out within 5 minutes without any damage to paint.. and he did not charge me any single penny for it... very geniune guy ...

2nd time I bought an Audi s4 from these guys. I walked in and couldn't have felt anymore comfortable with the staff, car and service offered. I dealt with Hussein and he sold me on it once again during the test drive! He never disappoints and is really understanding when you're unfamiliar with cars. I had a tear in one of my pipes. The dealerships told me I had to replace the whole system but with a bit of research online, I found this place. Alan (the mechanic) helped me patch up just the damaged area for less than $100. He showed me the work, and the tear was gone as if it was never there. I definitely recommend this place to anyone with exhaust issues.
