I've been a regular customer with Ray for 10+ years. I've referred many friends to him and none has any complaint and yet they all gave good comments about him. Friends even from downtown go all the way driving 45 minutes for car repairs there. I will not go elsewhere and I strongly recommend anyone to go there. Integrity is what they have, and they stick to it.

I was looking for a Range Rover when I came across Grand Touring. They also sell other high end brands like Rolls Royce and Bentleys. I thought it would be a very intimidating place but everyone was very friendly.
They had some British staff which was a nice touch seeing they sell British cars. Stephen in Land Rover was my salesperson and a really pleasant guy - very helpful and he knew his cars. What I really liked is there was no pressure or the usual sales tactics.
I would definitely buy from them again as it was a really good buying experience.

Great work - great service.
We have dealt with the owner Manny primarily and he is brilliant - knowledgeable, friendly - always helpful.
We have had body work completed on both our cars plus brakes, tire changes, oil & transmission pans changed and maintenance work such as oil changes. Great work - quick & on time...fuss free.
We wouldn't go anywhere else - can very highly recommend.

Long is my savior! He is honest, reliable, efficient and very trustworthy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest opinion on their car troubles. my situation: needed to get the trailer hitch on my GMC 2500 HD moved off the spare tire. Lady hit me from behind drilling the bumper and the hitch into the rear tire, so it would not be able to come down in case we needed the spare, on our trip back to Calgary. While my wife filled out her accident report, I went next door to the shop to see and explain my situation. If you are not using this shop to repair you vehicle, FLAT OUT YOU

These guys went above and beyond for me. My car battery died a few blocks away from their shop and even though its not a service they offer, they drove over to help me anyhow when I explained to them that my auto club couldnt help me for another two hours. I have chronic pain and it would have been made much worse by sitting in my freezing car for hours, so the favour these guys did me was even bigger than they thought. Just lovely, decent human beings.
