Shane was excellent in servicing our car. He told us what was happening with our brakes. We purchased brakes from Canadian Tire, and they have given us nothing but grief. Shane is also a heavy duty mechanic as well as a car mechanic. Small business, good service. We are happy!

We have a leaking on our roof. They are quick to respond with a very reasonable quote. They always think in our shoes to make suggestions. They are diligent people, and intelligent to get the job well done. Whenever there is a roofing job afterwards, I will let them do it. They are trustworthy. Truly appreciate their service.

Consistently very helpful and I have always had excellent service. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled especially great after a visit to Emergency or after surgery at nearby Nanaimo hospital when you are not up to par. Chairs, coffee and cookies are available. Compounding services are offered. Prescriptions costs seem to be comparable to the least expensive and largest pharmacies in Nananimo.

A couple of years ago, I had my alternator changed on my Honda Civic 2005, at the Honda dealer . They told me I needed a brake job, including new cylinders about 400-500$ .I went for a second opinion across the street at OK TIRES. they showed me all my brakes were in excellent condition and didnt charge me a cent.
This was the second time they have proven their integrity and honesty.
OK TIRE is much better than just OK. Kudos to Keith and the team

I got a full service as well as an engine light checked and everything was done in a timely order, and professional manner. My vehicle was kept in excellent condition during and after the servicing. AMAZING Indian food. very friendly people. speedy delivery. huge portions with lots of meat (no fatty or gristly bits). Butter chicken meal and chicken pakoras are our favourites, one thing we didn't like were the chicken samosa, found them too salty and just not that great. but everything else more than made up for that. ordering again tonight for the 3rd time! yum!!

I highly recommend John’s Mufflerman & Automotive Services. Prior to John’s, took my mechanic 6 hours to repair my resonator (center pipe) & the noise was still bad. A friend suggested John. John suggested we go before noon. It took him 5 minutes to give us 3 options & after selecting an option, took them less than one hour to build the over-axel, tail-pipe, & provide a universal muffler. The repair was miraculous – noise gone! Thank you for being a great mechanic with a fair price.
