Nato Figliano the sales rep and Alex Semenchenko General Sales Manager were very helpful during our visit to the Prima Mazda in Woodbridge. We felt relaxed and test drove the 2014 Mazda3 and then we nagiated a deal and completed all paper work in an very relaxed atmosphere. Called to speak with Paul,was told he retired.I requested an oil change for my 2015 Rav 4,Mo the new owner was very friendly and understanding, got my oil changed,he swapped my rear wheels that were put on incorrectly as oer tire rotation, fixed my front bumper that was backed into at square one parking garage.I will also bring my aluminum boat and motor to be looked at,great service

I recently was in an accident, and to say That the staff went above and beyond to look after me from going to the collision centre, having the car towed safely, and then doing a fantastic repair job is an understatement. Their excellent work on the car goes without saying; the repair is perfect .

Was referred to Advantage Car Rentals by my body shop because I was involved in an accident with my own car. They picked me up right on time and I was in & out of the office within minutes. They set up the rental with my insurance company and billed them directly. The vehicle they provided to me (Honda CRV) was excellent!
When my vehicle was done I returned the rental and they provided me a shuttle to the shop.
The whole experience was excellent! I'll most definitely refer my friends and family to them!

I took my 2017 Chevy Volt in for its 5yr coolant flush(this particular vehicle has 3 separate coolant systems). My service adviser Jeremy was polite, attentive and did not try to sell me something I did not need at the moment. They performed the service and my car was ready for pickup at the promised time for a lower price then what was originally estimated. They even plugged it into a battery charger and was fully charged for me. What else can you ask for. Fantastic service department.
