I wanted noodles and this did the trick. Beef yakisoba. All hot items are made to order fresh with your choice of protein and choice of noodle. I just love the teriyaki sauce and with restraint I did not ask for more. The food is prepared fairly quickly on their grill. Lire plus

This is the best slice pizza place in Vancouver! I come here nearly every time I'm in the Commercial/Broadway area. Note that the line is often tight, as the front-end of the store is small. But strangers are willing to squeeze together for a reason, as this pizza is fantastic. (And don't worry, the line will move quickly and you'll be free soon enough!) We arrived a little late for without reservations, but the restaurant had a table and seated us immediately (was a full house). My dinner companion ordered a glass of wine (sauvignon blanc) which was delivered promptly. I had Shiraz. We ordered the salade. The salad was crisp, fresh with crunch toasted walnuts, sweet roasted beets, and tangy raspberry viniagrette. The prawns were fabulous, seared tender and sweet, prepared with lemon butter, tomatoes and capers. Our entrees were the New York steak and she ahd salmon. Both were very good, prepared just right with a light charred crust. Did not stay for dessert, as we were out of time and had other commitments (hotel reservation) and a curfew. Our server was attentive, without being intrusive, and very helpful with explaining the menu choices. Unfortunately, he was a he. Room was dark, clean, lots of wood tones... room is a little packed, but acceptable because the darkness assured privacy. Lire plus

Had a fabulous dinner, new partner n' I ordered the tuna tartar, caesar salad, and scallops for starts, had the lamb and sea bass for mains, and apple tart for dessert. Divine really, all of it very expensive though. But my boyfriend was treating me for my birthday and I was very happy and incidentally for a new relationship deeply touched. Service was lovely, had a bit of an accident and spilled my half glass of red on the boyfriend, oops, manager noticed the mishap and brought us a tide to go stick. Our server was great and quite on top of things. Place was packed on a Tuesday:) Will be back, fabulous. If not a little pricey recommend for anyone. Lire plus

Excellent dim sum. Limited menu though. The pan fried chow fun noodles were excellent. We had them put some XO (chinese) sauce and kick up the spice and they came out this delicious mix of yum! While the rest of what we had was fine, none of it really stood out. We did come back twice to buy some noodles to go and picnic'd in the park with them. Lire plus
