Very good staff in Gary and Ria.Bought all my furniture from the Richmond store at a very reasonable price.Delivery was prompt except for Ashley product which took longer to arrive from California. This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

I was SO HAPPY to find these cleaners again after taking a hiatus from cleaning services that I am giving them 5 stars. :)
I am a picky customer with high standards that I am told no one will ever live up to. Bal & Sonia are a nice young couple who go the extra mile but dont overcharge you for doing so!
If you need a cleaning service with good customer service skills, where they listen to your needs and do a few extras here and there, while maintaining a consistency for the time they charge

Soni is an honest mechanic and does amazing work! I am coming to him for all of my auto repairs, oil changes and everything from now on! I fixed 6 spark plugs, 3 coils and a valve cover gasket. We came here to get a u-cut Christmas tree and had a ton of fun! The petting zoo had a baby goat and baby rabbits, and there were freerange chickens running around. Free hot chocolate and marshmallows made this holiday experience even sweeter. This family-run operation was a great way to get away from the city and spend our afternoon.
Friends say the Halloween pumpkin-picking experience was also a good time.

A Plus Florist (Tom) made a timely delivery of a bouquet of beautiful flowers to my wife. I was originally disappointed with an order miscommunication, as the image on the FTD website is very misleading. I contacted A Plus directly and they promptly and generously solved the issue. A real "stand-up" business and excellent flower arrangements!
I would recommend them again, but definitely call them direct and avoid the online "wire service" FTD.

Service level is over 95% We have used this company several times. The latest was a Gas fire routine maintenance which turned out to be a bit more complicated.
When we decided to upgrade our main bathroom we went to Sierra Mechanical.
They are value for money.Graham is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. We have seen the quality of his work both in Plumbing and Gas sectors. I am a Mechanical Engineer and recommend Sierra Mechanical based on my experience in Industry.
